Stump Grinding and Removal
Removing stumps can be a total art form. There are actually a variety of ways that you can get this done. Mainly we want to know before we recommend a particular technique or anything of that nature, is what you want to do with the stump. If you want to remove the stump can you deal with some of the damage that the lawn is essentially going to take? Of course, if we remove a stump we will then switch to repairing your lawn. Ideally obviously, in this process, we are going to have that end goal in mind. We are going to give you a proper rundown of what the process is going to look like!
What You Can Expect From Each Process
When we are talking about a full removal process what we are going to do is literally take the stump and its roots and remove everything from the ground. As you can probably imagine the effect of that on the surrounding area is going to be substantial. That is why grinding is an option. There are a couple of different ways that one could grind a stump. There are people that literally burn them down. We are going to use a high tech grinder to make sure that we are able to minimize the stump, without causing greater damage to the rest of the area.
Which Procedure Is Best?
We can’t really pick one winner. It really depends on where the stump is located and what you are looking to do with the area. If it doesn’t really bother you to have a stump in the middle of your yard you can just leave it as well. Usually, there is not going to be a lot of potential negative consequences of doing that. We can help you evaluate the situation though, and choose whatever you feel works best for you!
We really can’t stress this enough. For us, proper grinding is being able to virtually make the stump disappear minus some of the roots. Doing so, without tearing up the ground around it. If you have a stump sitting on hard ground and you don’t have a lot of grass and plants around it then it could make sense to just remove everything instead of grinding it. If you are keen on getting a proper grinding service though, that is exactly what we are going to be able to provide for you!
There are two things that we are going to keep an eye out for in our full stump removal services. Number one is of course making sure that we are able to fully remove all of the roots and any remaining parts of the stump. Number two is ideally doing so without totally messing up that area of your yard. We are going to be able to help repair your lawn though, once we remove the stump. That is always an option that is going to be on the table.
